The Choral Society sang at the Gorleston Festival on Wednesday
11th March. They entered two classes – singing in unison, for which
they gained a distinction mark of 89%, and singing in two parts, for which they
also gained a distinction mark of 87%. This meant they came second out of six
choirs. The adjudicator commented on their amazing breath control and their
clear diction, and several audience members spoke to Miss Wright about how well
the children sang, especially as they performed with no conductor in front of
them. Well done to all the children in the Choral Society!
