On Wednesday 4th March a group of
eleven children from Martham Primary School travelled to Diss Rugby Club to
take part in the Tag Rugby County Finals.
This competition was part of the
Norfolk Winter School Games which saw teams from each of the eight Sports
Partnerships in Norfolk competing against each other.
Throughout the day, the children played seven
fast paced games, in which they displayed speed, agility and teamwork.This was a relatively new sport to many of our children and although the results of their matches did not go in their favour they continued to battle and demonstrated a positive spirit until the end. Well done to all the children involved.
